The Jimi Hendrix Experience performed at the Assembly Center Arena in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Sunday, June 7, 1970 in front of an audience of nearly 4,700 screaming fans. With support from Ballin' Jack, The Experience's nearly 70+ minute set featured "Spanish Castle Magic," "Stone Free," "Hey Baby (New Rising Sun)," "Hey Joe," "Freedom," "I Don't Live Today," "Foxey Lady," "Red House," "Message To Love," "Room Full Of Mirrors," "Star Spangled Banner," "Purple Haze," and "Ezy Ryder." "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" is reportedly also performed on this night, but the tape cuts before the song starts. Although rough hewn, this amateur audience recording made by Mike Thompson reveals yet another exuberant Experience performance. "I Don't Live Today" and "Hey Joe", which were not regularly performed on the 1970 tour were among this evenings highlights.
